The demolition and fitout to an occupied 3-story office for the current and new tenants. Due to the age and poor upkeep of the building, various make good work is required to get it up to modern standards, including reclad work to the roof parapets, flashings to the roof and remediation work to the ali façade. Installation of a new lift, requiring excavation of 2m down below the basement has provided various challenges.
