This C3/D3 development project is the first Auckland based project to be designed and constructed by the D3/C3 combination. The project, involving construction of 4 x 3 story townhouses and 6 x 1 bedroom apartments started in February 2021. The first stage of the project involved re-purposing the existing 1920’s villa to its new home in Northland with the construction of the new blocks following on. This high-end residential project, is constructed of solid and durable materials, such as block and concrete structure, brick façade and aluminium joinery, with a high end internal fitout, it should project a great home to some first home buyers and families alike.
