The Building 6 refurbishment project involved the re-pitching and reroofing of the existing building as well as pouring a new slab internally to a high spec, among other building additions and improvements. Timeframes, driven by the arrival of an international exhibition, were extremely tight. C3 coordinated multiple overlapping workfaces, within a live museum environment to successfully deliver the project on time when others said it was impossible.
