With many sub-projects and lots of moving parts, our team start on nine new villas each month with anywhere up to 65-builds going at one time. Construction commenced in 2019, and by early 2022 - despite pandemic lockdowns, labour shortages, and material delays - we've completed over 120 Villas, bowling green, a man-made lake, and The Lakehouse; a stunning space for residents to relax, dine, and socialise.
Designed by one of New Zealand's leading architects, we built The Lakehouse to sit partially over a man-made lake, and used reclaimed natural wood products to enhance its earthy tones, going as far as Australia to ensure we kept sustainability a priority.
